1. Acceptance of Terms

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. 5sos will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 5sos reserves the right to request identity verification (including copies of identification documents) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

4. Payment and Transaction Information
All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 5sos platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currency payments directly, and any currency conversion required is entirely the user's responsibility.
Deposits successfully credited to your account are final and cannot be reversed. If you believe there is an error in a transaction, you must contact the 5sos support team within 30 days of the transaction date for an investigation to be carried out.

5. Account Policy, Suspension and Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a terms violation, any valid remaining balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method, after deduction of any applicable related costs. However, if the closure is due to fraud or a serious breach of terms, 5sos reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the 5sos customer support team through the available channels on the platform.
6. Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability & Other Provisions

All content on the 5sos platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 5sos or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 5sos.
Limitation of Liability
5sos shall not be liable for any indirect losses, economic loss, loss of profit, or data damage arising from the use of this platform, including service disruptions, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. 5sos's total liability to any user is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

Governing Law
